Very comfortable, quiet ambience and friendly staff
Close to central CBD, no city traffic noise, very clean room and amenities, door to door shuttle service, reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much.
Lots to do, plenty of shopping opportunities, great public transport system

Very disappointing
We requested a cot for our baby, and were given a room that hardly fit the queen bed in. We were then told to go to reception to be issued a new room. We put the baby back in the pram, collected all our goods, and went from the 7th floor to reception. We were re-issued a new room on the 7th floor. The organisation of the rooms was shocking. The 2nd room was just big enough, but was next to renovations.
We won't stay again.
Melbourne is a nice town. We visited the zoo, which was amazing - really good for prams, as it's very flat.

cheap
This hotel was cheap but i probably wouldnt stay there again. Beds wern't comfortable and light switches were in need of repairing.
Mebourne is a fantastic place to visit i would recommend to anyone. My partner and i try and visit once a month for a break.

great location
The hotel is situated central to everything we needed the rooms were smaller than i expected but were adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpfully. I would stay and recommend the somerset on elizebeth to anyone staying in the melbourne cbd.

Citiagte Melbourne is ideally located with tram & train staions just outside. Staff were very friendly and obliging with any queries.

A welcoming peaceful retreat
You are greated with music playing softly in the room. The apartment was clean and furnished appropriately for a business stay. Daily tidy was adequate.

Great place to stay, close to everything, could walk to everything we wanted to see.
Melbourne is great place to visit, so much to see and do in proximity to hotel, shops, docklands stadium, Melbourne Aquarium, Casino, coffee shops, railway station.

Good location.
We, 4 adults, got an apartment up the road at 55, not as we expected. Apartments are well located, about 10 minutes by tram from the city centre. Trams or train access is only 5-10 minutes walk, although the return journey is uphill. And then 6 flights of stairs!!!! Cost is reasonable for the area, but while the apartments are quite large, they are a bit tired and need a bit of sprucing up, and toaster and jug and frypans need replacing NOW.
General mainteance and good cleaning of all surfaces is needed.
Plenty to see and do in Melbourne, most with easy access from trams, trains, and buses. Free hop-on hop-off city loop bus and tram is great.

Close to Southern Cross Station, close to trams and Victoria Markets. Breakfast supplied which saves having to find some where to eat in the morning.
