Friendly staff from reception onwards. Room was compact but clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only "minus" was that our room faced on to King Street and there was a lot of traffic noise. Perhaps triple glazing of windows would cure this. We would stop there again if needs be.
Lots to do in Melbourne. My wife and I came down from Queensland specifically to attend the Quilting Exhibition. Have been to Melbourne many times before and enjoy all the facilities that are available especially some of the smaller bistro type restaraunts.
