Staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, good value and as we made use of the sky bus from the airport it was so convenient to be just down the road from the station, also very easy to reach car hire facilities on Franklin Street. Restaurant rather daunting, just a large, somewhat chilly space. Staff very good though and we enjoyed the food.
Melbourne grew on us by the minute - we loved the buzz! easy to get around, the riverside was wonderful by day and night and the tram service is excellent ( and good fun)
