Good location for sightseeing in the CBD of Melbourne - quiet area - close to parks and gardens

Reasonable budget accommodation with limited kitchen facilities - fairly quiet - air conditioned which was a necessity as unable to leave window open on ground floor - no security on windows - bedroom very small but adequate - large LCD TV - cafe on premises if required

Visited all tourist attractions such as Museum, Art Galleries, Immigration Museum, Lygon Street, Southgate, Fitzroy Gardens, Captain Cooks Cottage, Conservatory, Docklands, Federation Square, Arcades, Shopping Malls, Chinatown, Zoo - free tram and bus are a bonus - parks and gardens are attractive

Book Eastern Town House, or Inner Melbourne Accommodation and Hotels.
