This hotel had good customer service and was close to everything.

However, I was not very impressed with the size of the room. The carpet was very old and needed replacing and the treadmill in the gym was pretty terrible to work out on. It costed 0 for a three night stay over, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. I think this was over priced. I live on the Gold Coast and stay in Surfers Paradise frequently and pay only about 0 to stay in a fully furnished unit with a fully equiped kitchen and large living spaces, great views, mind you this is only a two night stay.

However, this is much more comfortable living. I was a tad annoyed with how there was someone knocking on my door every morning asking if I had used anything from the mini bar. In all my hotel experiences, this question has always been asked at the end of the stay when checking out. Overall I would rate this hotel 7 out of 10. Customer service was good and the house keeping was great. I probably would stay again if it was a bit cheaper.

There were alot of great restaurants near by. The food was spectacular. The only place I was very dissapointed with was Pepperoni's. The pizza was terrible. The Aquarium was totally awesome! I loved the penguins! The shopping was fantatstic! Harbour Town was great! Transport was very good. The musical "Wicked" that I went to see was absolutely phenomenal!! a definate must see! There are so many great bars as well.

So many things to do! I would rate this part 10 out of 10.
